Shipping
Do you ship orders?

Yes. We ship within the United States. Orders are packed by hand and sent out within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. We're based in Oologah, Oklahoma, so transit times vary by distance.

Is free shipping available?

Yes. Orders over $60 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $6.95, or $14.95 for expedited.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. U.S. orders only.

Product & Use
How long does a 30 mL beard oil last?

A 30 mL bottle holds roughly 600 drops. Most men use 3–6 drops per application, once a day. At that rate, a bottle lasts anywhere from 3 to 6 months.

Longer or denser beards use a bit more. Shorter beards use less. There's no single right answer — use what your beard actually needs, not more.

Sensitive Skin
Is your beard oil safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas use all-natural, plant-derived ingredients — no synthetic fragrances, no artificial dyes, no petroleum-based fillers. Many men with sensitive skin use our products without issue.

That said, everyone's skin is different. Natural doesn't automatically mean reaction-free. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, read the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing. We list every ingredient, clearly.

If you're unsure, patch test first: apply a small amount to your inner arm, wait 24 hours, and see how your skin responds before using it on your face.

Do your products contain common allergens?

Some of our carrier oils — such as sweet almond oil — are derived from tree nuts. If you have a tree nut allergy, check the ingredient list carefully before ordering. We're always happy to answer questions about specific ingredients if you reach out.

Scent Selection
How do I know which scent is right for me?

Each scent is described on its product page — what's in it, what it smells like, and how strong it is. We keep the descriptions honest and straightforward so you're not guessing.

If you're new to beard oil, starting light is a reasonable approach. Heavy fragrance isn't for everyone.

Are the scents natural?

Yes. We use essential oils for fragrance — not synthetic fragrance oils. The scent comes from the same natural ingredients listed on the label.

Will the scent linger all day?

Essential oil-based scents are generally lighter and shorter-lived than synthetic fragrances. You'll notice the scent when you apply it, and it will fade over a few hours. If you want something that holds all day, a synthetic fragrance product will do that better — but that's not what we make.

Ingredients & Sourcing
Where do your ingredients come from?

We source plant-derived carrier oils and essential oils from reputable suppliers. We prioritize quality and traceability over cost.

We don't use synthetic fillers, artificial preservatives, or petroleum derivatives. When a natural ingredient costs more, we use it anyway. That's the point.

Why does it matter what's in beard oil?

Your skin absorbs what you put on it. We think that matters. We're not going to tell you a synthetic ingredient will harm you — but we'd rather not put it in the bottle in the first place.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. We don't test on animals.

Local Pickup
Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. If you're in or near Oologah, Oklahoma, local pickup is available. Select the local pickup option at checkout and we'll reach out to arrange a time.

This is a small-batch operation — pickup is by appointment, not a storefront. We'll confirm availability when your order comes in.

Is there a discount for local pickup?

Shipping costs are waived for local pickup orders.
