Shipping Policy
Packed by hand. Shipped straight to your door.
Every order is packed by hand out of Oologah, Oklahoma. Here’s what to expect once you place yours.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the shop.
Note: During high-demand periods (holidays, new product launches), processing may take an extra day. We’ll communicate any delays.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.
Orders under $70 ship at a flat rate of $6.95 for standard shipping and $14.95 for premium shipping.
We ship via USPS for standard shipping and UPS for premium shipping. Delivery estimates are typically 3–5 business days for standard shipping and 2-4 days for premium shipping after your order is processed.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, reach out and we’ll look into it.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, email us a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right. We stand behind every order that leaves our shop.
Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships. Once it’s in transit, we can’t redirect it.
Note: Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap — if you’re outside the U.S. and want to be notified when it’s available, email us at hello@anchorandanvilgrooming.com.
