Every product leaves here built to perform. If it doesn’t, we make it right — no forms, no runaround.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Try it. If it’s not working for you within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll issue a full refund. No return required. You don’t need a reason beyond “it didn’t work for me.”
Wrong Scent? We’ll Swap It.
Scent is personal. If you order and the scent isn’t for you, we’ll exchange it for a different one on your first order — no charge. Read the scent profiles before you order; they’re written to give you a straight read on what you’re getting.
Note: Exchanges are for first orders only, one swap per customer. After that, we recommend trying a smaller size before committing to a full bottle.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email us a photo and your order number. We’ll ship the correct product at no cost. No hoops.
What We Can’t Cover
We use plant-derived ingredients — real ones, not synthetics. Natural products can vary slightly batch to batch. That’s not a defect; it’s the nature of working with real materials.
If you have a known sensitivity to any ingredient, check the full ingredient list before ordering. We list everything, no hidden fillers.
